![]() Then in Device manager check that the monitor is correctly identified.!!! ![]() Here double check in the colour management section that the default profile has been loaded and is now the " Default " option. ![]() Make sure you have installed the latest " Monitor " driver ( Basically an " Inf File & ICC profile ). Make sure you installed the latest " Graphic Board " drivers.Ģ. The Spyder software needs the correct information as does the OS, One thing I have found is that as a starting point to calibrating a whole new set up is this.!!!ġ. This would suggest that your monitor drivers & inf files have not been loaded or installed correctly, If they had the message should not say Generic PnP monitor ( PnP is for Plug and Play ) That just means it will work when plugged in, But has no identity or default colour profile. Sorry, there was a problem opening the profile 'none' for display 'Generic PnP monitor'. As Kevin has suggested, Make sure your using the latest version of Datacolor software for your Spyder version.
